Le Pre Catelan in the Bois de Boulogne is known as the best among the ten Mi San restaurants in Paris. It is surrounded by green trees and is quiet and comfortable. Chef Frédéric Anton is very popular in France and is known as the "national chef". The actual experience is quite mediocre. The dishes are of three-star level but not outstanding. Sweetbread is well processed, and the dessert "Green Apple" is quite interesting with popping candy in it. My friend said that the service of this restaurant is the worst among the three-star restaurants in Paris, but I disagree. In terms of cost performance, it is not bad among the three-star restaurants in Paris~

It's right on the Champs Elysees, and they serve luxurious French cuisine. The duck breast is really good, but there are only two pieces, so you may not feel full. The sashimi platter is huge, and there are many fishes that I have never eaten before.

When you come to L'Escargot Montorgueil, you must try the appetizer of snails. The first recommended one is the traditional flavor "Burgundy snail (Escargot de Bourgogne)", which is mashed parsley + garlic + special butter seasoning. They also have cheese, curry, foie gras and truffle flavored snails. There is also a kind of "golden snail", which is also a traditional flavor, but the size is two circles larger than the ordinary one! Youyoujun strongly recommends the big "golden snail"! It is really golden! Finally, you have to dip the baked small bread sticks in the sauce that flows out, which is the finishing touch.

When I come to Paris, the food that pops into my mind is: snails, foie gras and steak. When I visited Paris again in May this year, I ate at a Michelin restaurant Da Wei Fu Restaurant Lunch/dinner set menus or a la carte options are available. Equipped with Chinese menu, ps There are no prices on the women’s menu, only the men’s menus have prices. The restaurant is decorated with sophisticated decoration, exquisite tableware and butter boxes. Picture ⑥ Appetizer 1 Black Truffle Foie Gras Dumpling 98€/portion 6 pieces, which my friend and I shared equally. The first bite of foie gras is unparalleledly plump. It's delicious because the dumpling filling is a whole piece of plump and delicate oily liver. Can be eaten By the time I took the third one, I was so tired that I vomited... That's right... I immediately vowed to do it again in this life. I don’t want to eat foie gras anymore. I admire the French people’s ability to eat foie gras. Picture ⑦ My main dish was creative fried steak, and I also liked the side dishes. No But I prefer the lamb ribs that my friend ordered because the foie gras was followed by fried beef. The steak was really a bit boring... I forgot to take a photo of my friend's main course, which was lamb. The ribs have a radish in the middle, which removes the fishy smell from the mutton and gives it a refreshing taste. Very Wonderful Picture 8 Desserts... soufflé, French pudding, jelly fudge, macarons, and more There are some desserts that I can’t name. French desserts are too sweet for me Okay...Although I love sweets...these ones in France are a bit too sweet. Yes. But they are all given away... Just forget about calories when you eat.

The most shocking event in the French restaurant industry in 2016 was that the same chef's two new restaurants won two Michelin stars and one Michelin star just over a year after opening. His "great achievements" are by no means luck. He was born into a culinary family. In 1988, when he was 7 years old, his father's L'Ambroisie restaurant, located opposite Hugo's former residence, won three Michelin stars. It has the longest record of holding three stars in Paris so far, and it is also the only restaurant among the ten three-star restaurants that adheres to traditional French cuisine. He began to learn from different famous chefs in many restaurants at the age of 15, and returned to his father at the age of 22 to continue the family's three-star myth. It was not until 2014 that he decided to "go solo" - to open a restaurant with his own generation's style. Hexagone is his new interpretation of traditional French cuisine in the language of young people. For example, the French love leeks (Chinese people always think that they are just side dishes for seasoning, but they can be the protagonist in French cuisine) and seasonal black truffles are stir-fried together; duck breasts are paired with dried fruits and honey; the traditional cream sauce with rice wine is paired with flounder, which gives the visual effect of Shaoxing rice wine steamed fish. Black Forest cake and traditional cheese strawberry Vachelin are both re-deconstructed. Deconstruction is the keyword of Hexagone, which can be seen from the menu. The names of the dishes are disassembled, and the methods, main ingredients and side dishes are written separately. The contemporary restaurant has a spacious space, and the view outside the window is "incompatible" with the "old-fashioned" traditional 16th district. Most of them are elderly local diners. The choice of wine is also rich enough, with thousands of varieties. For Chinese people who come to Paris to travel and want to eat traditional French food in a modern way, this restaurant will not disappoint you. Dinner with three courses is 90 euros, and lunch is 49 euros, which is very cost-effective.

The original taste of the ingredients is retained, and there are no blind spots. The Nordic style decoration is simple and exquisite. Sitting by the large French window on the second floor, waiting for the lazy sunlight to shine in the window, is very cozy and comfortable.

Unfortunately, I only have one stomach and I wanted to eat too many dishes. I bought milk tea outside before I came in, so I had to lean on the wall to leave~ This restaurant can actually have more friends, four, five or six people is better.

This is a Michelin one-star restaurant right next to the Eiffel Tower. You must make a reservation, otherwise you won’t be able to eat, and you can’t wait for a table. The foie gras pie is delicious, and the veal is super tender.
