My daughter and I have been going to CC Bunbury for years for breakfast or lunch but today will be my last time.After ordering our meals we paid and sat at our table.Part of my daughters meal and both drinks arrived.After 30 minutes waiting I asked young waitress who then asked kitchen who said that another 15 minutes as meals are made in order BUT other customers who arrived and ordered after us with larger meals already had theirs so they had lost/forgotten my order.I asked to speak to the manager but was told “no, he’s to busy” so we left with no meal, unfinished drinks and no refund.Keep my $40 CC, I’ll take my future business to Dome or any of the other coffee shops in town.Take your business elsewhere if you want good service, support the family owned businesses since big ones like this don’t care about the customer, just about profits
