Lovely dinner with great food and service. The dishes were delicious and creative with lots of variety to choose from. The wait staff were lovely and professional but also very welcoming. The outdoor seating was especially romantic with a beautiful view and magical lighting. An unusual restaurant in Sydney.

The meal was very well prepared and the service was elegant. It is undoubtedly in the top 10 and we will definitely be returning here soon. Highly recommended!

This is the best raw beef I have ever eaten in Sydney. The quality of the beef is great, fresh, elastic and chewy. Raw beef lovers highly recommend it. The dishes are also very exquisite. Needless to say, the environment is very high-end.

One Hat, a restaurant selected by Good Food, is located in the Pier One boutique hotel. The outdoor seats are right by the water, offering beautiful views of the harbor. The ingredients are all seasonal, and the pickling, cooking and sauces are all developed by the chef. The dishes are very pleasing to the eye, and the taste is well matched. The atmosphere is easy to forget yourself. It is a good place to eat slowly and spend time to experience Sydney.
