D.O.C Pizza & Mozzarella Bar

Good food, friendly staff very helpful and attentive. Ordered the mozzarella plate to share. Generous portions of cheese and meat. Pizzas very very good for sharing. Food served fresh and piping hot. Fast service. Good value for money and very nice house wine. Will definitely come back and recommend.

12.19 A friend drove me to the beach of Mornington Peninsula, which is about an hour's drive away and a good place for Melbourne people to go on weekends. I recommend D.O.C, an Italian restaurant in the town, for its delicious pizza and lasagna. Melbourne has rivers, the Yarra River, lakes, Lake Albert, the sea, and the Indian Ocean. There are different places to see the sea, and you can go anywhere. If you think Mornington is a bit far, you can go to Brighton, yes, it has the same name as the seaside town in the UK. Take the train to Brighton, watch the sunset and drink coffee. If it takes two hours to return, the return train is free. A little closer is St Kilda, which can be reached by bus. Of course, it is on the same line as Mornington. If you go to the Great Ocean Road, the beach in Geelong is also very good.
