Decent food and service, but the portions are a bit small for the price.

The service was pretty good. Staff were very respectful and accommodating, especially for guests with specific needs. Made for a welcoming atmosphere. A solid spot if you're looking for that.

Lovely chilled vibe here, even on a busy Friday night. It's the kind of place where you can actually hear your friends talk. Just a really nice, relaxed atmosphere.

Nice spot for a coffee and a snack. Sat outside in the sun, which was lovely. The coffee was good, but the pastries were just okay - a bit dry. Still, a pleasant place to sit for a bit.

Been here a few times now, always get the chicken tikka masala. It’s just consistently good. Staff are friendly and quick, which is nice. Place is clean, no complaints really.

Nice, bright cafe with loads of space. The staff were super sweet—they even warmed up my toddler's snack without me asking. Coffee's always a solid choice here.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially when the place got busy. They took the time to walk me through the wine list, which made choosing a bottle to go with our mains much easier. Service was spot on.

The full breakfast here was spot on, exactly what you'd want. I was really pleased to see a decent selection of craft beers on tap, which paired nicely with the hearty food. If you're in Barry Island, it's worth heading over.

Love bringing my friends here. Staff are always so friendly, and the coffee's spot on for a catch-up.

The keema madras here is a proper find, can't get it like this anywhere nearby. They were sound about swapping the rice for naan too. Bit of a wait, but worth it.

They're really good with gluten allergies. My friend felt safe ordering here. The staff double-checked everything for us. Service was spot-on, no fuss.

The staff are so lovely here, really friendly and helpful. They even brought water for my friend's dog! Food was tasty, prices are decent. It does get busy though, maybe book ahead if you're in a group.

Been coming here for years. Their wine list is solid, and the staff knows how to pair a glass with your main. That's what keeps me coming back. The food's always on point, too.

Arrived early and the restaurant was very busy, but within 5minutes were where taken and showed to our table. we were asked if the area was okay and also if we were allergic to any ingredients, and informed that our waiter was called Nia. About 5minutes Nia arrived and again asked if were were allergic to any ingredients, then asked if we were ready to order, otherwise she would give us more time. She took our order, and delivered our drinks and my starter. The Prawn Cocktail that I had was exactly as I liked it and after eating it, we went and got our roast meals. Overhaul the food and drinks were perfect, the lady who showed us to our table came and checked to see if everything was fine, which it was. Nia, the lady who took our order and brought my Prawn Cocktail plus drinkswas charming and very helpful as was the other lady with short hair who took us to our table. Please convey our thanks to both of them, we have been many times before and always have never been disappointed there.

The combo easily fed four of us. Food was nice, but the cake had that fridge-chill to it. Their house red was a decent match though.

Seafood linguine was spot on, pasta cooked just right. The wholetail scampi was a nice touch. Staff were really friendly, even turned the music down a bit when we asked. Made for a relaxed evening.

Came for the TV show connection, which is a nice touch. Food was decent, nothing special. Service was efficient, got us in and out quickly. Worth a stop if you're in the area and a fan.

Been here a few times. They do decent mid-week deals, like 40% off mains. Just a tip – ask them to bring your main out hot, not after you've finished your starter. Makes a difference.

Lovely to sit outside in the sun. The sea view was just right with lunch. Had to keep an eye on my chips though—those seagulls are bold! A bit of a distraction, but still a nice spot.

Came with a group of kids and they were really accommodating, no fuss. Food arrived super quick, which is a lifesaver with little ones. The portions were decent for the price, felt like a fair deal.

First time here and I was really impressed by the breakfast options. You can choose the size of your full English, which is perfect. The street parking was a nice bonus too.

Nice to see a solid selection of vegan options on the menu. We asked for a custom pizza, no cheese, extra veggies, and they sorted it out without any fuss. Tasted fresh and the crust had a good chew to it.

As a vegetarian, I really appreciated the chickpea side they prepared. The chickpeas were fresh and nicely seasoned.

The rigatoni con spezzatino was so flavourful. I really appreciated the freshness of the ingredients, you could taste it in the sauce. The atmosphere was relaxed, which was nice. A good spot for a proper, slow meal.

Lovely spot for coffee and cake after a lakeside walk. The atmosphere is very cozy. I appreciated that the cake wasn't overly sweet, and you could really taste the fresh berries. A nice, simple treat.

The Sunday roast was spot on. The meat was good quality, veg cooked just right, and the Yorkshire pudding was fantastic. Cauliflower cheese was a nice extra.

The fish and chips portion was huge, which was a nice surprise. The fish was fresh and cooked well, with a decent batter. It's a solid choice for a casual meal, though the chips were just okay.

Been coming here for years, and you can tell they make their own gelato. The rum and raisin flavour is spot on, not too sweet. It's the real deal.
