We stumbled upon Brasserie St.Georges in Interlaken, and boy, are we glad we did! We'd originally made reservations at a traditional Swiss place across the street, but honestly, we couldn't face another meal of fondue and potatoes. This place turned out to be exactly what we needed.Located in one of the nicest hotels in the area, Brasserie St.Georges offers a mix of Italian, French, and Swiss food. The restaurant itself has a great vibe - fancy enough for a nice dinner out, but still comfortable for a family meal.I went for the burger, and it was spot-on. Thick, juicy, and cooked just right - exactly what I was craving. My wife tried the Chicken Cordon Bleu, which was a hit. Instead of the usual ham, it had beef inside along with the melted cheese, all wrapped up in crispy breading. A nice twist on a classic. The real winner for us was the kids' menu. Our daughter got the chicken tenders and loved them. It's not always easy to find good options for kids in Interlaken, so this was a big plus. What really stood out was the service. In a country known for good hospitality, these folks still managed to impress us. They were attentive without being overbearing, and seemed genuinely happy to help. The hotel that houses the restaurant is pretty impressive too - it's one of those beautiful, historic buildings you see all over Switzerland. It definitely added to the overall experience. If you're in Interlaken and looking for a break from traditional Swiss fare, or just want a really good meal, Brasserie St.Georges is the place to go. It ended up being one of the highlights of our trip, food-wise. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town.

The price-performance ratio of this store is so high that there are even group purchase discounts. The coupons we bought online in advance were so cost-effective. The discount was huge. It was indeed much more cost-effective to book online in advance, and we also got to eat the crayfish we had been craving for.

The Italian restaurant on the pier of the town of Spiez makes you want to sit down immediately after seeing it. The restaurant faces Thungu, the lake is sky blue, and there are snow-capped mountains in the distance that have no snow. Can you see people playing speedboat sailing on the lake? They are so good at enjoying life. The restaurant mainly serves Italian cuisine, with pizza, pasta, risotto and fish as staples. I also asked the service staff to recommend white wine for the dishes. The whole bottle of North Point produced in Switzerland is 45 Swiss francs, and a cup of 100 ml is 7 Swiss francs. The price is very reasonable. In the dry summer, I ordered seafood risotto and mushroom risotto, as well as pink salmon cream sauce pasta and grilled prawns. The prawns are very fresh and chewy, and the chili garlic sauce has a Thai flavor. Drinking some wine makes the prawns sweeter. The seafood risotto has enough ingredients, including mussels, squid, and prawns. The sauce is a bit sour and spicy, which is very appetizing in summer. The mushroom risotto has a strong creamy aroma and tastes better than seafood rice. The pink salmon pasta is the same as the white cream white sauce pasta, but it is dyed with pink sauce and looks much better. After the meal, it is paired with a scoop of lemon sorbet to relieve the greasiness. It is perfect.

There are two main reasons why I was deeply attracted to this hotel: First, this hotel occupies a very advantageous geographical location to view Lake Thun and the mountains on the other side of the lake. When the weather is good, you can see the Jungfrau just by looking out from the balcony; The second and more important reason is that the owner of this hotel, who is also the chef of this hotel, cooks delicious dishes. Imagine that you can enjoy a hearty classic Swiss dish and hot cheese hot pot at any time on this snow-capped mountain, and your life is simply complete because of this. The snowflakes outside the window seemed to be floating non-stop, so I went back to the room to fix it in the afternoon. The room is very large, simple and clean, and very Swiss. After living in Paris for a week, I was at a loss when I saw such an empty room when I moved to Switzerland! Because we also stored a large luggage in Paris before leaving, the room was large and the luggage was small, so two people could dance in the room. I arrived in Switzerland wearing only single clothes that day, and hurriedly found the thickest coat in the luggage, and took out all the base shirts, leggings, and down vests. But the coat still needs to look good! On such a gloomy snowy day, of course we need candy colors to liven up the atmosphere.
