Worth the walk from the center. The croissants were really good, pastry case looked amazing. Nice stop before the castle.

Stopped by for lunch and went with the kulajda soup plus halloumi salad. Soup was solid, creamy with that classic dill vibe. Salad fresh, decent portion. Menu’s pretty big, took me a minute to decide. No complaints, just a good casual meal.

Kids loved the play area, inside and out. Staff were friendly enough. Waffles were decent, both sweet and salty versions. Fine for a quick stop if you're in the area.

Left my ring on the table and they tracked me down to return it. Food was decent too, but that honesty really stuck with me.

The Aperol here was spot on. Not too sweet, not too bitter, just right. Owner knows what he's doing behind the bar. Probably the best one I had in Kutna Hora. If you're after a proper drink, this is the place.

The svíčková was solid—creamy sauce, tender meat, bread dumplings soaked it up just right. Big plate for the money. Beer was cold and cheap. That’s basically all I need from a place like this.

The pork fillet with creamy rice is still as good as the first time I had it. Been coming here for a while now and the kitchen stays consistent. Homemade cakes are a solid way to end the meal too.

The terrace is what got me — wooden cottage right by the lake, you can hear the water while you eat. Had the trout and salmon, both were solid. Desserts were a nice way to end. Service was friendly enough, nothing to complain about. Just a really pleasant spot to sit and take your time.

The garden seating was lovely and the wine by the glass didn't break the bank. We tried a few mains and they were all nicely done. Service was friendly enough, though we did wait a bit for the bill.

Pizza’s solid, thin base done right. Staff were friendly, no fuss. Good spot if you’re nearby and want a quick bite.

The crepes here are really good, and I like that you can pick your own fillings. Lots of sweet and savory options. I went for a savory one with spinach and cheese, the batter itself was light and fresh. Portions are on the smaller side though, I could've easily eaten two. Fun little place with a quirky vibe.

The fried oyster appetizer was so good, and the tenderloin with shallots hit the spot. Definitely a solid pick for a casual dinner with friends. 😊

Goulash was solid and the beer went down easy. Place feels properly local, nothing fancy but that's fine by me.

The pizza came out of a proper oven and it showed — nice char, good crust. Service was quick too, place looked clean. Solid spot if you just want a no-fuss meal.

The fried cheese was crispy and came out fresh, exactly what I needed. Outdoor seating made it better. Just wish the service was a bit faster, but the food made up for it.

Solid breakfast and free parking right by the old town—hard to beat for the price. Room was clean and spacious enough. Staff pointed me to a decent local wine bar nearby, which was a nice touch.

The goulash with dark Bernard beer was a standout, and even the schnitzel had a heavenly taste. The mashed potatoes are the best I've ever had. Service was super friendly and efficient.

Lemonade was decent, coffee pretty good too. Nice spot for people-watching, though a bit pricey.

Decent spot for a quick pizza. Got the margherita and it was pretty good, crust was nice. Portions are generous for the price. Service was fine, no complaints. Place got busy around seven, waited maybe ten minutes for a table. Nothing fancy, but it does the job.

Stopped here for lunch after walking around town. The salami pizza was decent for the price. Service dragged a little, but honestly the food came fast enough.

Stopped here after visiting St. Barbara Cathedral. View is really something, especially once it gets dark. Food was decent—nothing fancy but it did the job. Service was fine, no complaints. Maybe slightly touristy but I'd still go back.

Came here on a quiet weekday evening. Wild boar pie was solid, proper filling, not too dry. Schnitzel did the job too. Place has that old-school hunting lodge vibe, trophies on the walls and all. Service was quick, no complaints there. Maybe a bit touristy for my taste, but I'd stop by again if I'm in the area.

The carbonara was fresh and actually tasted like real carbonara, not the cream-heavy version. Prices felt fair for the portion. Solid spot right in the center.

Stopped by with our dogs—staff didn’t mind at all, which was a plus. Beer was superb, really hit the spot after a long walk. Wings were solid, nice and crispy. Goulash though, the beef was a bit gristly. Not a dealbreaker, but I’d probably skip it next time and just stick to the wings and another pint.

Truffle week menu was solid, the pasta with truffle really hit the spot. Wine pairing worked well too. Place is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

The eight treasure duck was the reason I came here. Meat came off the bone real easy, and that chili on the side gave it a proper kick. Place was busy but I got a table quick. Only thing, the rice was a bit dry for my taste. Still, the duck alone makes me think about coming back.

The place looks a bit tired and honestly was pretty empty when I walked in, but the roast veal starter was really good. Beef neck main was solid too. Waitress was super nice.
