水漫三楼I wanted to try the famous Gongjiao Xincun Noodle Shop on Pozi Street, but was temporarily discouraged by the long queue in front of the shop. There happened to be a Sijie Noodle Shop nearby, which was also doing a booming business, but at least there was no queue in front of the counter, so I decided to go in. The environment in the shop is the basic style of ordinary noodle shops in Changsha, with old-style wooden stools and wooden tables. After ordering and paying, you get a card and find a seat to sit down and wait. A signature beef noodle, with a lot of beef, conscientiously produced, slightly spicy with chopped green onions and celery, fresh and delicious. The service was average, and it was almost taken away before I finished it. The price is affordable and fair.

echo的假期光年来长沙玩，文和友必须打卡！地方特别大，一进去就像穿越回了老长沙。里面各种复古的装饰，像老招牌、旧街道，感觉一下子回到了小时候，到处都能拍照。美食是真的多！臭豆腐外酥里嫩，咬一口汁都爆出来了，香得不得了；大香肠又粗又脆，刷上特制酱料，吃着超过瘾。就是人太多了，不管吃饭还是拍照都得排队。不过，在这里能一次吃到好多长沙特色小吃，感受当地的烟火气，还是挺值的，推荐大家来体验体验。
