The noodles are really interesting. They are big pieces of noodles. They taste different from noodles. Although they are the same thing, the taste is different. The smooth meat is just covered with a layer of rice paste, but there are too many noodles and too little meat. I prefer the sauerkraut soup base.

I originally thought that there was no special food here except hotpot, but I didn't expect that there was a slippery pork noodle restaurant downstairs from where I lived, and it was basically crowded with locals. It should be a relatively authentic restaurant.

The turnover rate in the store is quite high. After some observation, a table of customers comes in every four or five minutes. This is mainly because more and more people are returning to their hometowns here. In addition, it is indeed a well-reputed store, and the sauerkraut base is recommended by the boss.
