Kuanwei Shanhan Restaurant serves authentic Shaanxi cuisine. The steamed buns are delicious. The restaurant environment is good, the decoration is unique, the place is large, and the dining experience is comfortable. I have been there several times. The food is delicious and the price is reasonable.

This Shaanxi-style restaurant is very crowded and needs to be booked in advance. The ordering here is very unique. Take a small bucket with weights in front of each dish. If you want the dish, just put the weight in the bucket. The specialty is all kinds of noodles, oil-splashed noodles, whistle noodles, and water-dipped noodles are all delicious.

I drove from Beijing to Baoding with my parents and stayed at Zhuozheng International Hotel. We had dinner here. The service was excellent. The elderly with diabetes needed to eat in time after injecting insulin. When waiting for a table, I told the waiter, and she recommended Roujiamo and delivered it to me quickly. There were too many dishes, and there was still a Maoxuewang that was not served when we were almost finished. I asked the waiter if it could be returned, and the young man agreed very readily. In short, it cost 180 yuan for 4 people to eat well and also packed black fungus and mushrooms.
