This restaurant even provides disposable aprons and gloves! They really understand people like us who are afraid of getting our clothes dirty while eating barbecue 😂 When gathering with friends, there's no need to worry about oily sleeves; just dig in and gnaw on those big bones. Don't you guys also hate feeling smelly after eating?
Locals here mainly go for the braised pork rib hot pot because of the generous portions. The bones are stewed until very tender, there's plenty of meat, and after you've finished eating, you can add broth to cook some cabbage and tofu. It's a very satisfying meal.
The owner of this restaurant is incredibly hospitable. She offered us hot towels as soon as we entered, and when we ordered, she proactively reminded us that three dishes would be enough for two people. She even came over to ask if we liked the food, and immediately refilled our water glasses when they were empty. These thoughtful details really made us feel comfortable and at ease.
