A time-honored restaurant in Changting. The most famous dish is pickled pork kidney with noodles.

So after eating a round of snacks, I had pickled pork kidney and noodles. The noodles were ordinary and not very outstanding. However, the pickled pork kidney was really delicious. Pickled pork kidney is actually pork kidney soup. Some pickled pork kidneys also have pork liver. Both pork kidney and pork liver have no fishy smell and are very delicious.

The waiter&#39;s attitude is very decent and the snacks inside are very unique.

Flatbread is a specialty snack in Fujian, and this shop is a specialty shop for flatbread in Changting. Although it is a small street shop, the taste is still very good. It is a good thing to eat such a special snack when you come to Changting.
