The place give a chance to have a little camping experience, but at the same time with hotel comfort. The tent has a standard hotel bathroom and a small balcony from which you can see the river and the entrance to Yongding. Especially at evening time guests can see a part of the light show. The river’s sound can disturb some sensitive during night people, but give joy to others to listen it. BBQ grill also available to rent here for self cooking, which also can be nice camping experience.

It’s all about community in the Fujian tulou; these rural dwellings are an incredible traditional feature of Fujian province, where both round and square earthen structures seemingly rise from the ground. Built between the 12th and 20th centuries, they’re usually large and enclosed buildings with only one or two entrances, and can house up to 800 people!
