At noon, I came out of Wujin Low Carbon Wetland and wanted to find a place to eat. I remembered the Mao Huzi local restaurant in Jiaze Town recommended by my friend, so I decided to go there to try it. How does it taste?
Driving for 20 minutes, I was about ten meters away from the Suolin Duck Head Restaurant. There was a parking space at the door. I went into the kitchen to look at the dishes on the plate and order. Jiaze Duck Head is the most famous and a must-order dish for duck head. Jiaze is close to West Taihu Lake, so I ordered three fish-based dishes. A total of 7 dishes cost 375 yuan. Overall, the taste is OK.

Steamed white fish: The fish is big, the meat is tender and delicious. For some reason, the white fish meat here is a bit loose and not firm. I have eaten in several restaurants in Jiaze, and most of them have this problem. I wonder if it is because the fish grow fast in breeding?
