This ten-year-old restaurant uses ingredients delivered fresh by farmers early in the morning, ensuring they&#39;re both organic and fresh. Relaxing on bamboo chairs with my girlfriends, enjoying the mountain breeze and sipping iced drinks, it felt like a perfect vacation!

The raw and stir-fried duckbill fish are raised in the restaurant&#39;s organic fish pond&mdash;they&#39;re tender and boneless, and the broth from the intense stir-fry is incredibly delicious when mixed with rice.
