💫The coffee shop I visited for the second time in Qingcheng Mountain. I planned to climb the back mountain of Qingcheng Mountain on the first day. As a result, a cup of coffee before climbing the mountain made me relax almost the whole day here.
I arrived just after the store opened in the morning. There were not many people. The quiet and comfortable atmosphere made people want to order a cup of coffee, play with the dog, curl up on the sofa and read a book~
This book should be a collection of poems, it could be Ishikawa Takuboku, or perhaps Auden, of course Kafka, Woolf, Duras... are also good.
The coffee shop is very large, one is the work area, one is the reading area, and the middle one can be called the daze and relaxation area. The coffee is mellow and the books are of high quality. Located on Yaowang Road in Qingcheng Mountain, the restaurant doesn&#39;t look large from the outside, but once inside, it&#39;s quite spacious. We ordered a few homely dishes, including fish with fermented black beans, shredded pork with fish-flavor sauce, salty shaobai (a type of pork stew), and eggplant pancakes. The flavors were average, and the fish was tender and quite good. The salty shaobai (a type of pork stew) wasn&#39;t the usual bean sprouts; it was steamed with snow peas. The prices were reasonable, and the value for money was excellent.

When I&#39;m in Qingcheng Mountain, I only go to Yaogezi for spicy braised hotpot&mdash;I&#39;ve taken five or six friends from out of town there, and none of them have had a bad taste.

Their specialty is the spicy braising sauce, which isn&#39;t the kind you&#39;d just braise and leave out. The aroma of the braising sauce is mixed with a hint of sweetness, making it incredibly flavorful just as it is. Throw it in the beef lard for two minutes, and it&#39;s even more delicious, even absorbing the red oil, leaving even the bones fragrant.

The braised pig intestines are exceptionally clean, without any unpleasant smells. They&#39;re braised to a glutinous, chewy texture, and coated in a garlic-scented sesame oil sauce, making them incredibly fragrant.

The spicy beef is freshly prepared, evenly coated in chili powder, and cooked through in just 10 seconds. It&#39;s incredibly tender, with a gradual kick of spiciness. Paired with an ice-cold beer, it&#39;s simply divine.

Locals know you have to get there by 5 PM to secure a table, or you&#39;ll be waiting until you&#39;re starving. After dinner, stroll down to the riverside to enjoy the breeze&mdash;that&#39;s the true way to experience Dujiangyan!
