This was a very enjoyable meal during my stay in Inner Mongolia. I ordered a pot of lamb chops and tenderloin. It was my first time eating this kind of lamb cooked in ice. It felt very refreshing. The lamb here is indeed better than that in Beijing. And it is slowly heated with ice. The taste is very good. Very chewy. The lamb flavor is not bad. The sesame sauce is also very tasty. And the price is very affordable. Three people ate for 150 yuan. And in the end there was so much meat that we couldn&#39;t finish it.
