I visited Bijiang Jinlou when I came to Shunde for a tour. It was lunchtime when I came out. I saw a sign recommending Deyunju. I also read the reviews online. I thought it was good, so I tried it. The location was easy to find. It took only a few minutes to follow the signs. The environment was very good and the air was fresh. There were koi in the river. There were many dishes to choose from. I wanted to try them, but there were too few people. I only chose some of the more recommended ones to taste. While waiting for the dishes to be served, I sat on a rocking chair by the river to enjoy the koi. I recommend it to visit and taste it. I personally recommend dishes like Shunde fried milk, crispy shell and rich milky filling, soft and glutinous/roast goose is tasty and crispy skin. Don’t miss it if you like crispy roast goose/bamboo lamb pot, bean curd sticks are used as the base to absorb the rich juice. The lamb is a bit chewy but very tasty. I still recommend it! It was a very satisfying experience. I will come to Shunde next time to try other recommended dishes!

Deyunju is the internship base of Shunde Chef Academy, which gathers a large number of Cantonese chefs, so its products are quite good. The fish noodles are great, the fish cakes are very chewy and have a good taste. The fried rice rolls are a must-order. The hotel management is good, there is a small courtyard, and guests are constantly flowing. If there are more people, you can order one fish and three dishes.
