常平竹升云吞面(伦教店)

There are five or six wontons in each serving, five wonton noodles and six wontons alone. There is a fresh shrimp in each wonton, and the scallops make it even more delicious. The price-performance ratio is acceptable, and on average one wonton costs only nine yuan.

The bamboo noodles are pretty good, smooth and chewy. You can taste the flavor of the bighead carp in the soup, which is a more traditional flavor. You won't feel thirsty even after drinking it, which proves that the soup base is indeed very good.

The store is a little small, with only six or seven small tables in total. When there are many people, especially at noon on weekdays, they often have to set up tables, so the food here can be a bit chaotic. I ordered scallop wontons, but what came out was shrimp wontons, which was two dollars short, but it's just a small matter.

This is also one of my favorite brands, especially because the products are pretty good and the price-performance ratio is relatively high. It was already quite famous in Dongguan. If you add a braised egg, the taste is even better. The packaging here is also relatively sturdy. If you eat it, the wontons are really filling.

I always thought that the bamboo noodles in Guangzhou and Foshan were the most famous, but I didn’t expect that the bamboo noodles in Dongguan can now become a famous restaurant. I have eaten at this restaurant when I was in Changping, and it was really good. Now they have opened many branches here, which can be said to be quite amazing.
