Today, I'm taking you to a restaurant in Shunde that's always waiting in line—Zhenji Restaurant. Our whole family often visits whenever we have free time. This Xunwei Chicken Hot Pot Set is a must-try for autumn and winter nourishment. The olive broth is incredibly fresh, sweet, and delicious. The chicken is slaughtered to order, giving it a truly flavorful flavor. No leftover ingredients are wasted, and they're made into crispy, delicious fried chicken racks. Lastly, I ordered the Three Fresh Yi Noodles to soak up the broth. The [Signature Black Bean Goose] was my first taste of Zhenji! The sauce is rich, savory, and sweet, and the goose is tender and perfect with rice. The [Beef Platter] features every part of the beef. Beef, brisket fat, tripe, meatballs, small intestines, and even blood... When in Shunde, you absolutely have to try the porridge-based hot pot. This restaurant in Shunde absolutely fulfills my dà pai dong (food stall) fantasy! 🤤 The place is spacious! The portions are generous! The taste is just as good as a big restaurant. Although the ambiance isn't fancy...the food is excellent!🥲 🐟A huge plate of lao qi sheng (fish sashimi)! Loaded with over a dozen ingredients! There's a saying in Shunde, "Lao qi lao qi, prosperity and prosperity!" I think this dish is exactly what it means! The traditional sashimi recipe even includes salmon. Before eating, the auntie mixed the ingredients and added the seasonings one by one. The salmon was icy cold and incredibly tender! I have to try it every time I'm in Shunde! 🍗 The Bifengtang fried chicken wings are incredibly flavorful!💯 Each one is a large, medium-sized wing! Deep and flavorful!
