Taste: You absolutely must try the Linchuan beef offal in Fuzhou. This restaurant is quite famous, and you can tell it&#39;s delicious by the numerous awards and accolades it has received.

△ The small pot of beef offal (beef intestines and tripe) is 78, enough for two people. A little more tenderness would have been even better. The pot doesn&#39;t look large, but it&#39;s filled with beef offal. It&#39;s spicy, the kind you can&#39;t stop slurping about, but still want more. I loved it. My companion gave in and asked for a bowl of plain water to rinse it in, and I enjoyed the soup with rice.

Linchuan shredded lotus root is 28. I absolutely love it. It&#39;s shredded, with a hint of lotus root crispness and a smooth texture. It&#39;s also fragrant when stir-fried with lard. Clear-boiled bull whip soup: This originally costs 248, but I asked the owner to make a smaller portion for 148, fearing I wouldn&#39;t be able to finish it.
