I have been in Guilin for several days and have eaten at several famous restaurants recommended online. I felt that they were just average, and even felt that I was ripped off. I only went to this restaurant, which has a clean environment, is friendly to the people, and has kind service. This Taihu white taro surprised me. It is fresh, tender (melts in the mouth), and tasty (if you can handle spicy food). I really like this local restaurant in the alley.
