I&#39;ve been to Left Bank Cafe. It&#39;s a quiet and elegant little restaurant. The service is very attentive. The food tastes average. The environment is pleasant. The Jiufen taro balls here are very authentic and popular in the local area. Basically, many people buy dim sum or desserts here. It seems that the store is opened by a Taiwanese, but I am not sure. Anyway, it is as authentic and delicious as the ones I ate in Taiwan.

Not authentic snail rice noodle. Good location. Average environment. Not expensive. Not spicy enough.
