I stayed at Hongze Lake Tourist Resort. I searched on Baidu and found this restaurant. It has a high rating and is quite close, just a few minutes&#39; drive away! The boss was very enthusiastic. I ordered the soft-shelled eel, fried saury with rolls, and fried water chestnuts with chicken head rice recommended by the boss. The taste was really good and the portions were large! I couldn&#39;t finish it even though I was full!
