Countryside Farm (Nanshan Bamboo Sea Store), visit Nanshan Bamboo Sea and eat farmhouse food, have a small gathering with a few friends, order three or four dishes, and look out the window at the green mountains and bamboo branches not far away.

The organic fish head from Tianmu Lake was delicious. My friends almost couldn't stand up straight and finished the whole pot of fish head. There was also delicious fish soup and local bamboo leaf tea. I brought a few packets for my friends before leaving. It was pretty good.

I ordered a Liyang white celery. The first one that came out was all black and had a lot of fuzz. After some reaction, they fried it again. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The kids could play there. It was a big place. The lady boss was very polite!

The boss is a good cook. Five dishes and one soup are economical and reasonably priced. Saltwater shrimp, salt and pepper small yellow croaker, pumpkin vine, stir-fried yellow eel, winter melon soup, scrambled eggs with chives, the ingredients are authentic and we finished the meal in the end. I went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea at noon. I passed by this restaurant and it was highly reviewed on Dianping. I ordered Zha Rou, chestnut roasted chicken and a tofu with a long name. It was not as good as the reviews said! Zha Rou is a bit special. Pork, liver, tofu and bamboo shoots are tied with chicken intestines and braised.
