It has a very eggplant flavor and is very tender. The skin has been removed, and the rest is the tender part. A lot of shredded meat was added, and the fish flavor was a little lighter, but fortunately the overall taste was enough. {Stir-fried mountain fish with basil}, the portion is full, with lots of mountain fish, small fish that cannot be found in big cities.
