The stir-fried noodles with shredded vegetables were indeed very flavorful; the aroma was irresistible as soon as they were served. However, I would still recommend the dry-fried beef noodles. The noodles were cooked thoroughly, oily but not greasy at all. You should try it if you go; remember to ask the chef to cook it a little longer, as it tastes best when cooked to the right temperature.
This braised pork rib congee is really good; the ribs are stewed until very tender, and the meat is fresh. I suggest you go early, as it gets quite crowded during mealtimes, and they might sell out if you go too late.
The stir-fried beef noodles had a strong wok hei (the smoky aroma imparted by a hot pot), and the aroma was enticing as soon as it was served. The beef slices were indeed tender; some restaurants around here stir-fry them until they're dry, but the chef here had excellent control over the heat.
