This tofu and fish dish isn't the tofu and fish you might imagine; it has absolutely nothing to do with fish. [Tofu and Fish] 6 Yuan The tofu and fish dish is a bit like spring rolls, with a thin paper wrapper filled with potatoes, radish, bean sprouts, and diced lotus root. Each one is small, and there are 10 of them per plate, along with a refreshing dipping sauce. Well, it's not exactly amazing, but the texture is good and innovative. As a summer snack, I think it's worth a try. [Mung Bean Soup] 4 Yuan I thought it was just average; it's just a very thin mung bean soup, but since it's served iced, it's a great choice for summer thirst quenching and cooling down. [Cold Noodles] 8 Yuan I asked for extra spice, and while it was quite appetizing, my guide found it too spicy, so he didn't eat much. The seasoning on this cold noodle dish is a bit unique, a bit different from what I'm used to. I think it's pretty good, and the portion is quite generous. Okay, another new experience.
