The first time I ate there, I knew this might be the best hot pot restaurant around. The price was affordable and the food was excellent.

No.3 of Local Restaurants in Nanchong

Qianchangguadu Market Hotpot (1227 Sangyuan Road) is just opposite the Nanchong Confucian Temple. The nine-grid hotpot base tastes very authentic. Spicy beef, thousand-layer tripe, mullet slices, shrimp balls, and beef are all cooked in a short time and are very tasty. Desserts are now also a standard feature of hotpot restaurants.

Spicy Space, the first direct-operated store of Hongguang, is located opposite the Nanchong Confucian Temple. The taste of the hotpot is relatively milder. After eating, there is no smell of hotpot on your body. This restaurant also uses robots to serve food.

My bestie took me to Nanchong for a few days, and her sister lives there.

The dried white meat, fat and lean, is wrapped in spicy seasoning, and the fragrance of cucumber slices is not greasy at all, and the taste is full.
Classic garlic ribs, paper-wrapped tofu, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Iron plate pig intestines, 藿香江团, and white-boiled phoenix tail are all superb.

I have eaten so many hotpots, from Chongqing and Chengdu, but I didn&#39;t expect that this one in Nanchong is one of the best.

The bowl for seasoning is as big as a soup bowl and rice bowl, with zheergen, it tastes fragrant; the thousand-layer tripe is full.
It tastes good. The taste does not fade at all until the end, and it is not spicy, bitter or salty.
🌟Although it is a new restaurant, it is quite popular, it is best to make a reservation in advance.
The only drawback is that there are diners smoking in the store, and the waiter should stop it.
