We ordered the most distinctive Qiankun Seafood Roast Goose. The Guangdong roast goose was plump and crispy, with sea cucumber and abalone in the belly. I think this dish is enough for three or four people, which is equivalent to eating roast goose with Buddha Jumping Over the Wall. Steamed yellow croaker, king crab and other high-end dishes made the table look comfortable. Because in Sichuan, in addition to the Cantonese-style marinated platter, there are also Sichuan-style cold dishes, which are accepted by more people, and the flavor is mainly Cantonese cuisine.

The Sichuan restaurant ranked first on the list of popular restaurants in Pengzhou, I went there with great expectations. It was full at around 5pm, and there were numerous medals on the wall. The waiters were all ladies, and the male boss was in full control. The menu was not cheap, so I ordered a few relatively cheap dishes. The crispy meat had a lot of ginger, and it tasted a bit like fish-flavored pork shreds, which was not very suitable for my taste. The twice-cooked pork and hot and sour potato shreds were also ordinary, and I probably wouldn't go there again.
