I can't complain... There was no result or feedback at all, starting from 19:25, the customer took the initiative to find the person in charge of the restaurant, and developed other consumers who had similar problems, but they did not suffer such unfair consumption treatment as we suffered. During the period, the on-site person in charge Zhang called the restaurant owner Liu. At 19:50, both tables of guests finished eating, and the eel was served... We asked the store to restore what actually happened, write a written statement, sign and seal it, but the store avoided the important issues and passed it by. There was no good consumer experience at all... The settlement form showed that the unit price of the dishes was 0, and only the standard table price and other consumption items were listed.
