Hot pot chicken is one of the specialties of Cangzhou. Since this place is relatively close to Cangzhou, there are many restaurants specializing in hot pot chicken on the street. The overall taste is actually not much different.

It seems that I have seen Bading Hotpot in Dezhou, Hengshui and Cangzhou. Since I often visit these places, I have to try the Bading Hotpot every time. It feels good to be able to eat such hotpot in the north.
