There are no disappointments in the stir-fried dishes and dumplings. The Spanish mackerel dumplings have thin skin and a lot of fillings. They are full of fish meat. Shuangheyuan Seafood Dumplings (Jingsan Road Store) is located 100 meters north of the intersection of Jingsan Road and Hongqi Road in Jinshui District, Zhengzhou City, and 280 meters walk from Exit D of Provincial People's Hospital Station on Metro Line 5. The location is convenient for finding and parking is also convenient. My husband recommended this seafood restaurant because of his birthday. When I came to the store, I felt that it was a new store. Although the storefront is inconspicuous, the interior decoration is novel and unique, bright and atmospheric. It is a good choice for family and friends to have a meal or a business banquet. This seafood restaurant is unique. There is no menu. Diners can go directly to the food area to order dishes according to their tastes and preferences. Here is an open kitchen, where you can see the chef in person, which makes diners feel more at ease. The whole restaurant is clean and tidy. There are private rooms on the second floor and a hall on the first floor. The tables are arranged in a staggered manner. The service staff is also warm and thoughtful, helping to recommend signature dishes. "Seafood Dumpling Soup", yellow and green noodle dumpling soup, is full of freshness. "Family Dumplings" are available in four colors: yellow, green, black, and white. They are filled with yellow croaker, shrimp, cuttlefish, and Spanish mackerel. The fish meat is delicate and chewy, and each has its own unique flavor. "Special Spicy Eight Immortals" is generous in portion, large in quantity, fresh and spicy, like the Eight Immortals crossing the sea. "Salt and Pepper Silver Fish" is fried moderately, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and delicious. The ingredients in this restaurant are all fresh and airlifted from Qingdao seafood. The price is moderate, and it is recommended!

I went alone and wanted to try more flavors, but the rainbow dumplings had my allergens (scallops), so I had to order a plate of Spanish mackerel dumplings for 36 yuan, about 15 pieces (I forgot how many I had at the beginning...), the taste was very good, the texture was very smooth and elastic, there was no fishy smell, very fragrant, but it felt a little salty after eating too much (but I have a very light taste...) I went there for the first meal because of its reputation, and then decided to eat the next two meals there. I had just eaten Chuange fish dumplings in Huangdao for lunch, and this one for dinner. Comparing the two restaurants, Chuange’s per capita cost was not enough at 150 yuan, and the three of us ate more than 500 yuan, while Shuanghe’s per capita cost was 80 yuan, which was very good! The taste of the two restaurants is comparable, and the dumplings are delicious. There is no doubt that the taste of the dishes in Shuanghe is better! Then let’s talk about the environment. Shuanghe’s decoration is more spacious and bright, while Chuange’s is a bit depressing. If you want to eat seafood and seafood dumplings, I recommend Shuanghe. It’s a pity that Shuanghe can’t deliver to other places by SF Express like Chuange’s.
