I finally understand why this restaurant is so good. The portion of one dish is more than twice the portion of one dish in an ordinary restaurant. Very affordable. I heard that braised pork is a signature dish, but I think the meat is a little too old, but the taste is still very fragrant. I like the skin of braised pork. The texture is tender and slightly chewy, full of collagen. The half-fried tofu tastes good, and each piece is delicious.
