SHAOXING BANQUET

Every dish of Shaoxing Banquet is very much to my taste! I came here to look for food at noon. I originally wanted to eat at Taobao next door, but the line was too long. I searched for nearby food and walked in to Shaoxing Banquet. It is indeed a high-end Shaoxing cuisine. From the dishes to the service to the environment, it is satisfactory. It is the most satisfying Shaoxing cuisine I have ever eaten! The address is in Xianheng Xintiandi, not far from Yuanguantang. Because the hotel cannot be checked in yet, I came here to find food. I didn’t expect that there are so many tourists. In addition, the weather is hot, and finding a comfortable place to eat is the hard truth! The dining room is a separate box with a good environment. The privacy is slightly worse because it is all transparent glass~ I ordered a lot of dishes, but I didn’t finish them. I don’t know if it is authentic Shaoxing cuisine. Anyway, it suits the taste of Shanghai people. This pickled mustard greens love pickled mustard greens and braised pork wrapped in steamed buns. It’s amazing! The steamed buns are steamed first, and half a basket is added after eating. The chicken soup is also amazing! The matsutake is soft and glutinous and delicious! #Local food only available Shaoxing Banquet, as an upgraded brand of Xunbaoji, has excellent service, environment and dishes. It is a private room with no scattered tables. It provides 16 private rooms of different sizes. Each private room has a dedicated waiter. The dishes are excellent in taste and selection of ingredients. It is one of the best choices to experience Shaoxing cuisine. I had lunch at 1 pm (please make an appointment in advance, otherwise you can only try your luck). I was arranged to sit in Qingteng Book House. Although it is a small private room, it is no problem for four people to sit.
