A local restaurant on the roadside of the town, not in the scenic area center, nor in the urban area, with relatively affordable prices, good ingredients, and most of the local dishes. It is recommended to kill a white strip, boil a river shrimp, chop a poached chicken, and pair it with a few local seasonal vegetables. If you like Shaoxing cuisine, you can fry some stinky tofu, steam some moldy thousand sheets and other stinky vegetables, and the flavor of Jiangsu and Zhejiang cuisine and Shaoxing cuisine will come out.

镇子上路边的一家土菜馆，非景区中心，也非市区地段，价格比较亲民，食材不错，多数本地菜该有的都有，推荐杀条白条，煮个河虾，斩份白斩鸡，再配几个当地时令蔬菜最佳，如果喜欢吃绍兴菜，可以炸个臭豆腐，蒸个霉千张等臭菜，江浙菜，绍兴菜味道就出来了。

Time seemed to slip by quickly during our stay at Dongshan Grand View&mdash;the second half of our three-day, two-night trip felt like soaking in the gentle Jiangnan breeze, a moment of relaxation and healing.

At 1 p.m., we headed to the Dongshan Yue Kiln Celadon Museum for a rendezvous with ancient charm. The thousand-year-old craftsmanship of the Yue Kiln flowed through the light and shadows. There were no crowds, only a tranquil conversation with history, a moment that slowed even my breath.

At 2 p.m., a midsummer afternoon tea for two awaited at Atelier Yatang. The ocean-themed dessert, when it arrived, felt like a slice of azure water woven into the porcelain plate&mdash;the smoothness of the cream, the sweetness of the fruit, and the aroma of tea melting on the tongue. For 258 yuan, this exquisite treat was a romantic moment for two.

At 6 p.m., the pleasure boat slowly sailed into Dongshan Lake. The setting sun paints the lake a golden crimson, and the breeze carries the gentle warmth of water vapor. During the voyage, there&#39;s no need to speak, just watch the light and shadows swirling across the boat&#39;s side. I&#39;m enveloped in a warm glow, as if transported to the Jiangnan region depicted in ancient paintings.

At eight o&#39;clock in the evening, the lively atmosphere of Shan Chinese Restaurant is at its most captivating.
The sweet aroma of honey-glazed local pork, the richness of decade-old Huadiao drunken shrimp, the tenderness of steamed free-range chicken, and the freshness of swimming crab&mdash;every bite is an authentic Shaoxing flavor, leaving you feeling both satisfied and content.

At nine o&#39;clock on the morning of the third day, I woke up again to breakfast at Hui Western Restaurant. Fresh fruit 🍑🍏, warm toast, and the lake view outside the window&mdash;simple yet comforting.

At eleven o&#39;clock, I brewed a pot of fine local tea in my room, its fragrance wafting through. Watching the tea leaves unfurl in the water, sunlight filtering through the window onto the tea table&mdash;this is how I feel about stealing a half-day of leisure.

From the air, we&#39;ll gaze upon the Dongshan Grand View estate, its lake, and its lush greenery. Every frame looks like a meticulously composed movie still. The moment I post it on social media, I&#39;m bombarded with requests for its address.
