Located on Yintai Huifang Street, Qishigang is next to a pickled fish restaurant. The store is decorated in an antique style. A family of three ordered a special fried noodles and fried noodles with trough meat, and two special chicken soups. The pickled radish in the store is free and self-service, and you can take it on demand. The taste is not bad. Although the fried noodles with trough meat are 8 yuan more expensive than the special fried noodles, there is not much trough meat in it, and it is more fat, with very little lean meat. The taste is okay, and free dried vegetable soup is provided. I remember that the chicken soup used to have chicken offal, egg white, etc. It looks much lighter now, but the taste is okay, and one bowl is also very full.

I took my son out to play, and my husband chose Qishigang for lunch. The store is quite spacious and has many seats. Order and take a card and wait for the meal. You can take side dishes for free, but don't waste them. The vegetable fried rice is quite large, with a lot of eggs and vegetables, and the taste is quite satisfactory. The chicken soup feels that the ingredients are less than before, and the soup is a little thinner, but the taste is still good. The beef vermicelli burger tastes a little spicy, with a few pieces of beef, vegetables, mushrooms and vermicelli, and the taste is average. As for the squeezed noodles, my husband also added oil residue and said it was delicious. Overall, I feel that I can eat enough, but it is not as delicious as before.

I haven't been to Qishigang for a while. I thought it was closed, but fortunately, a new store opened on the other side of Yintai. I heard from the boss that the rent of the previous place expired and it became a clothing store. Now the new store is next to Asakusa-ya, which is still easy to find. Although the store is smaller than before, the ingredients are not discounted and it is still as delicious as before.

I just went to eat at Qishigang Moci today. It is located in Building 9, Huifang Street, Jindi Yintai City. Just go in from the back of Yintai, turn right and walk a few steps and you will see it. The store is quite large, with three rows of tables and many dishes. We ordered 6 dishes, among which the brown sugar glutinous rice cake is my favorite, only 10 yuan, and the taste is very good. The Pianerchuan tastes good, the noodles are chewy, and the soup is delicious. There is a discount on Meituan for chicken soup, only 0.99 for 12 yuan, which is nutritious and has a lot of ingredients. The cold cucumber is perfect for summer. I don’t eat spicy black fungus. Both cold dishes are half-price discounted. The tofu rice cake tastes a bit bland.

When I came to Shaoxing for a trip, I wanted to try the local snacks. Although it is not a typical local delicacy, I decided to go to this restaurant because it was on the must-eat list and I was alone. The decoration is more Chinese style, with solid wood tables and chairs, which are very heavy. I ordered the three most recommended dishes. The brown sugar ground rice cake is really good, worthy of being the first recommended dish. This must be freshly cooked, a bit like the fried donkey rolls in Beijing. The skin is crispy, the inside is very soft, and it is coated with a layer of brown sugar. It's really delicious! The tofu steamed bun is also good, but it seems that it is steamed every time, and the speed of serving is very slow. It is wrapped with southern tofu and some soup, which is okay. The chicken soup is also highly recommended. There are many ingredients in it, in addition to tofu and vermicelli, there are some that I can't name. The soup is very fresh and the quantity is also large. Although there are many people in the store, the turnover rate is very high, and the waiter cleans up the table in a timely manner. Thumbs up!

I often eat there on weekdays. The food is cheap and good, and the taste is also very good, especially the brown sugar sesame and tofu dumplings are my favorites. But don't order the brown sugar sesame, it's oily and not tasty. The chicken soup is also good.
