This is the oldest shop in Sanyuan Sancun. The environment in the shopping mall has been improved a lot. The shop has been renovated and moved to a new place not far from the original one. But it is obviously occupying the road. Maybe the business is too good. The fish head is a must-order signature dish. It is really tasty.

This restaurant was so famous that many people would come all the way to the park to eat it, and they would even queue up. They sprinkled the secret sauce and pepper sauce evenly on the fresh fish head, put it in the steamer, and adjust the heat to the right temperature. Watching the fish head covered with sauce and pepper, steaming hot, filled with the traditional Sichuan aroma.
