I ordered a bowl of bald butter noodles, a bowl of three shrimp noodles, and three highly recommended pork chops. It happened that the two of us shared one and took two home for dinner, and also let the little one try it. The noodles were especially good, and tasted better than the noodles at the newly opened Songhelou in Hong Kong Hui Hang Lung Plaza. The toppings were fresh, and the vegetables, mushrooms, and vegetarian chicken were delicious. The bowls and pots used were also very interesting, and you can see that they took a lot of thought. I didn&#39;t get to eat the crispy eel noodles this time. The boss said that it was troublesome to make crispy eels, and he couldn&#39;t sell many bowls a day, so he couldn&#39;t make money. There were eel noodles, but the most expensive one was the crab supreme noodles, which cost 598 yuan.
