Fujin Tree Taiwanese Cuisine & Champagne (Songshan)

Located in the tree-lined Minsheng community of Taipei, the private dining space "BAO XIANG Private Room" launched by Fujin Tree Taiwanese Cuisine Champagne last year is full of greenery both inside and outside. Not only does it continue the consistent practice of introducing a large number of plants and sunlight to all stores under the Fujin Tree Group, but the well-known plant designer Li Ji was also invited to design plant installation art based on the names of each private room; for the meal, the chef team specially planned more than 10 exclusive gourmet dishes to satisfy the taste buds and vision of every visitor.

Located near Minsheng East Road, it takes about 7 to 8 minutes to walk from Taipei Arena MRT Station to the restaurant. The environment is quiet and elegant. The restaurant serves modern Taiwanese cuisine. It is not amazing, but the portions are generous and the ingredients are excellent, which is impressive.

Delicious 😋 The portions were just the right size, not too filling. The dishes included: • Water Lily with Tree Seeds: Super refreshing, the crispy water lily paired with the savory and savory tree seed was a welcome relief. • Special Poached Chicken: The chicken was incredibly tender, and the sour and fragrant sauce was a great addition. • Fried Dough Sticks with Garlic and Oysters: I absolutely love this! The oysters were fresh and juicy, and the fried dough sticks underneath created a wonderful layering. And there was absolutely no fishy smell! • Songhua Fly Head: This dish is highly recommended! Incredibly fragrant! The chives were perfectly sautéed and go really well with rice. I absolutely love this!✨ • Tender Pork with Old Skin: Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, like an upgraded version of egg tofu. • Braised Pork with Candied Dates: The stew was perfectly seasoned, with a soft and chewy texture that wasn't greasy. The candied dates added a subtle sweetness that was quite unique. (I thought it was a bit too oily, but I don't like fatty meat.) • Pineapple and Bitter Melon Chicken Soup: The soup was super refreshing, the bitter melon had just the right amount of bitterness, and the pineapple added a nice, mellow flavor, leaving a pleasant aftertaste. We also ordered: • Kung Pao Tuna: The fish was fried to a crisp and paired with a slightly spicy and sweet sauce that went really well with rice. The sauce was numbing! Very good! • A dish that was a bit like "Shredded Pork with Stir-fried Tofu" (I forgot the name 🤣), but it was surprisingly delicious! Overall, I was very satisfied with the meal. Every dish was delicious, and the presentation was thoughtful. The service was also excellent. I'll definitely be back. It's a great place for gatherings, entertaining guests, or bringing elderly or foreign friends for Taiwanese cuisine. It's also very conveniently located near Taipei 101!

Fujinshu Taiwanese Cuisine and Champagne…Based on classic Taiwanese cuisine, it combines French style with versatile French champagne to create a new food experience. The price is relatively expensive among Taiwanese restaurants, but it is still worth tasting.
