We ordered duck heads, chicken feet, chicken gizzards, duck gizzards, and tofu. Why is Taiwanese tofu so delicious? First, the texture—very soft yet slightly firm—and the braised tofu is incredibly fresh and fragrant. The staff are very efficient, so even when it's crowded, you won't have to wait too long. They're also incredibly quick with the calculations. Just tell them what you want, and they'll pack it up and give you the exact price at a glance, accurate to the cent.

The place with the longest line on the street is really doing brisk business. Their braised food is like spicy hot pot, you choose your own food and then it's cooked. But it's a little different, and the taste is good, with a sweeter flavor. You should give it a try.
