Hangjiahu Mutto Noodle

Tongxiang's specialty food, Hangjiahu Yaoqiang Lamb Noodles, is made with braised lamb that is crispy, fatty but not greasy. It comes in a big pot and the boss will quickly ask you what you need, and you can also add lamb offal, which is very delicious.

The delicious Yaoqiang mutton noodles from Tongxiang, but I really think it is too salty. I don’t think it should be made into a sweet Suzhou-style red soup. I just think it would be better if it is not so salty. The mutton is really big, and meat lovers will be more satisfied. The noodles are neither hard nor soft, just right.

The Renmin Road store has a big storefront, average environment, and delicious mutton. It's open 24 hours a day. It was my first time eating there, and the boss recommended me a bowl of mutton offal with lamb legs, which was just right for my appetite!
