This is my second time in Wuyi. My friend brought me here to taste the local specialties. We drove to Yishuijian Farmhouse Restaurant. The restaurant is located by the stream and in the rice fields.
For lunch, we ordered mutton pot, fish head pot, donkey meat, and wild goose meat. The dishes were very delicious, the soup was rich, and the portion was large.

🚗Transportation: This route checks in the mountains and rivers around Wuyi. Public transportation is not very developed. It is recommended to drive by yourself. You can rent a car when you exit the high-speed rail station, which is very convenient. Wuyi has two stations, Wuyi North Station and Wuyi Station. There are many high-speed trains passing through, and external transportation is also very developed.

There is a large free parking lot in the store at the entrance of Jingyuan Ancient Residence. The store is clean and refreshing. I ordered several special dishes, Wuyi Vinegar Chicken, which is sour and I like it very much, Honey Yellow Croaker is delicate, Snails are chewy, Alpine Potato Cakes are soft and glutinous, Garlic Crayfish is my favorite, the garlic aroma is fragrant, the meat is delicate and elastic, it is worth recommending!

This should be the most elegant restaurant in Wuyi. Meals are booked in advance according to taste. The ingredients are fresh. It is located at the exit of Jingyuan Ancient Residence Museum. I brought my family and friends to Jinhua and stayed at Wuyi Jingyuan Dielai Wangjing. The hotel was newly opened not long ago, and all the facilities are not yet complete. In addition to breakfast, there are biscuits and wonton noodles, and there are no other catering, especially formal meals. It rained on the first night of our stay, so we ate a health-preserving hot pot at the door of the hotel. It didn&#39;t rain today, and we also needed to change our taste. A friend who was traveling with us also had to catch the high-speed rail back to Shanghai in advance, so we chose this dripping pool opposite the hotel. I noticed this store when I drove by on the main road. It looked not far away, and it was a little distance to walk, because the door was not on the roadside, and there was still a way to go up from a slope. When I walked in, it was suddenly open, and there were many parking spaces. We went early, there were not many people, and we could sit in a private room. When ordering, the store introduced in detail and recommended local specialties according to our taste. In the end, of course, we were very satisfied with the food. Unexpectedly, there was even dessert after the meal.
