It's right downstairs from a residential building, and it's always packed at lunchtime! The meat is generously sized and tasty, so I always have to get there early to grab a table. ✔️Sea Matsutake To be honest, I didn't quite understand what it was the first time I ordered it, but it's incredibly delicious! I've been ordering it almost every time since! It's mixed with sweet vinegar and chili peppers, giving it a sweet and sour taste—not too spicy, but incredibly appetizing! The sea pine mushrooms are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I like to order a small bowl of hand-rolled noodles with a few of them, top them with sea pine mushrooms, and then skewer a few beef skewers dipped in the sweet vinegar. They're absolutely amazing. ✔️Beef Skewers The beef skewers are made with yellow beef, I think it's from the tenderloin. Grilled until a little charred, with a nice, crispy crust on the outside, and dipped in sweet vinegar, it's even better than steak.
