The bullfrog at Ge Lao Guan is my favorite. I visit here every week. The new product, Genesis Pineapple Ice, is very pretty and goes well with spicy hot pot! Very refreshing! I always order Genesis Ice Jelly.

I came here for a second time to grab some bargains at Ge Lao Guan, and I happened to catch a Ge Lao Guan promotion. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the familiar smell, the familiar feel, and the ambiance. The decor is retro, with the four characters "正大光明" (Zhengda Guangming) engraved on the hallway, a truly impressive sight. The pot bases on the display stand are incredibly lifelike. Service: After we were seated, the waitress was as respectful as ever, pouring water, offering us an apron, and suggesting our pot bases. She was also very proactive throughout the meal. We ordered quite a bit of bullfrog, and the waitress changed our plates twice. Finally, a staff member in a suit even asked about our dining experience. Environment: The ambiance was incredibly immersive, and the place was clean and tidy. The sanitation was also very meticulous; you could tell the cups were still a little warm when they arrived. Of course, the most unforgettable thing for me was the frog. It was incredibly tender, and no matter how it was cooked, it never became tough. Overall, it was fantastic. The milk tea is a little sweet, but perfectly tolerable. It perfectly offsets the spiciness of the hot pot. The wait was two and a half hours, which was a long time!!!
