赵家湾蒸汽石锅鱼分店(走婚桥店)

It is a very unique delicacy. The pot is made of stone and no fire is used to cook the fish. It is all cooked with high-pressure steam passing through pipes. It tastes amazing. I have never seen this cooking method before, so I specially took a video.

It is a relatively large local restaurant with a clean environment, a hospitable owner, a rich variety of dishes, fresh ingredients, all cooked to order, delicious and moderately priced.
