It has been more than a month since I came back from Hongcun. I still remember Hongda Courtyard, one of the most beautiful courtyards in China and one of the thirteen houses in the Ming Dynasty. There is a pond in the courtyard, with several carps and talking starlings in the pond. Even if you don't eat here, it's great to just walk around and feel it. The host not only cooks good food, but also has good tea and some nuts unique to this place. If you are lucky and there is no one sitting in the small courtyard when you go, then sit down and have a cup. It is extremely pleasant to drink tea, eat and chat here for an afternoon. The king oyster mushrooms, stinky mandarin fish, and farm rice crust ordered by the host are dried here. The pickled mustard greens, pure natural vegetables, and the taste of the sunshine in the Huizhou countryside are fried with peanuts. It is a good dish to go with wine. Before leaving, I took a photo with the owner of the courtyard in front of the courtyard and said that I would definitely visit again next time. The price is also very fair. Mr. Wang was very enthusiastic and happily made tea. It felt like going home. There is also a platform upstairs in the courtyard with excellent viewing. There is a clear pond in front of the courtyard, where carp are playing freely, which is very pleasant. We ordered Hongcun specialties such as scrambled eggs with Acanthopanax peel, farm rice crust, and Huangshan hairy tofu, and drank Mr. Wang’s homemade rice wine. It was evening in a while, lanterns rose, the moon rose, and we were under the flowers and the moon. As a graduation trip, we deeply felt that this was enough.
