Jingyuan Restaurant is located next to Yunhu Reservoir and Dajue Temple in Yixing, a few hundred meters away from Yunhu International Conference Center. I went there last time when I stayed at Yunhu International Conference Center. The environment of Jingyuan Restaurant is very beautiful, with green trees and grass, rockery and wells, corridors and pavilions, and Chinese garden-style architecture. When it rains, it is hazy and quiet, like a different world. It is so beautiful to sip fine wine under the corridor and enjoy the scenery in the rain.
The dishes taste good, and the fish head soup has a delicate and rich taste. Small fish in Yixing, Anhui and other places like to be fried thoroughly and then braised with soy sauce and other condiments. Have you ever asked them why they cook small fish in this way? It is said that the fish will no longer have a fishy smell after being fried thoroughly. But most of the freshness of the fish is gone. Oh, everyone has their own cooking method. Ordered four dishes for 270 yuan.

After visiting Dajue Temple, it was time for lunch. We drove to Hengshan Fish Head Restaurant in a short while.
In addition to fish head, we also ordered some seasonal spring dishes and local specialties.
The tofu skin with amaranth was very refreshing, and the fried eggs with toon head were also good. My favorite dishes were spring bamboo shoots, bacon, and clear water river shrimp. All of them were freshly found in the field, and they were fresh and natural and tasted especially good. At the end of the meal, the signature fish head casserole was served. Because we were basically full at that time, we basically didn&#39;t taste this signature dish too much, so I won&#39;t comment on it for now.
The restaurant was full at lunch time. Parking spaces were a bit tight.
