After exiting Zhanggong Cave, the last stop of our trip to Yixing, we had a meal at the nearby "Taste of Mountains and Waters". It was a 200-meter walk from the exit of Zhanggong Cave. But the fish soup here was so delicious that I drank three bowls in a row! Three people ordered a set meal for 218 and ate it all! I recommend this restaurant when visiting Zhanggong Cave! There was no takeout nearby. Fortunately, the store opposite the hotel was open and looked a bit like a farmhouse. But I didn't know what to order, so I asked the boss what I could eat alone. He said he would either make fried rice for me, dear, and he added some dishes for me. The boss said this was called "rooting", a dish they would cook during the Chinese New Year.
