Even if you haven&#39;t been to Yongan, you must have heard of Yongan live meat rice noodles. When you arrive in Yongan, there are more choices. You can choose from all parts of the pig. I chose the ladder, live meat, eye meat, heart tube, etc., just about how much I want and then weigh it. The eye meat feels like the pig&#39;s head skin, nothing special, and the heart tube ladder is crispy and delicious. The live meat is lean. The soul is the dipping sauce and yellow pepper.

Both vermicelli and rice noodles are 4 yuan, and flatbreads are also 4 yuan. The soup is delicious, especially the vermicelli with some rice wine.

永安老字号上官扁食，活肉粿条是必吃。就算没来过永安你也一定听说过永安活肉粿条，到了永安可以选择的就更多了，猪身上各个部位都可以选，我选了天梯、活肉、眼睛肉、心管等，就是大概要多少然后拿去称重，眼睛肉感觉就是猪头皮没什么特别的，心管天梯脆脆的比较好吃。活肉偏瘦了。灵魂是蘸料和黄椒好吃。粉干和粿条都是4元，扁食也是4元，汤头鲜美，特别是粉干还加了点黄酒。油泼脑花14元，油泼鸭血6元，黄椒加点麻的油泼听够味的。可选部位多价格相对实惠，但是味道跟我在厦门吃的比较好吃的永安活肉粿条差不多。
